Danish striker is on trial. He is 21 years of age and played in our U-23 match against Watford recently where Oteh and Shodipo scored for us in the 3-2 victorio against Watford.
A few websites report that we are interested in signing him...
Salt, pinch etc...

I don`t know really, but he is a former Danish U-18 and 16 international. Hard hit by injuries, but fit now. Released by Ålborg(the old name of the club ) and I think he got an assist against Watford.

Who was our last Scandinavian player? PVM back in the Warnock years?

he has not been with a club for the last two years ffs.
no wonder the likes of bos and manning wont sign new contracts.
no ambition whatsoever.

Haven´t seen Ramkilde play, but his former club Aalborg produce a lot of talented players as they have a good youth program, and scoop up most of the players from the northern parts of Jutland. The fact that this lad has been involved with the national youth teams also indicates that he is talented, as they are usually very good as well. IMO it all depends on whether or not he has fully recovered from the severe ankle injury he suffered back in spring 2017, he had a ligament operation performed in september 2018, and didn´t recover fast enough to earn himself a new contract for the 19/20 season. We just have to trust our medical team on this one

I'm guessing we are scouring the market for free transfers to see us through til the summer. Let's be honest, nobody without a club that is within our price range will come without a back story.
I doubt the club will take a punt on this guy if they don't think he is a.) gonna be able to get fit to play any time soon and b.) represents value for money. I think this was proved when they pulled the plug on the deal for Alex Song.

He was turned down a few times after Millwall dropped him and was ready to start stacking shelves in Tesco's.

Have to say that I hope this one is a bit more tecnically gifted though..

absolutely no issue if we bring him in. i fully trust the club when it comes to bringing in young players. look at lumley, masterson, chair and eze as examples of younger players we've brought in from other clubs. thats one area that ramsey and les do excellent work in.
yes this danish guy hasn't played much football but he was apparently highly rated before his injuries

As you say he was not the best technically, but he was built as a brick house, and a real presence in the box (a bit like Matt Smith). As Ollie said: “When my wife first saw Marc for the first time, she said he was a fine specimen of a man. She says I have nothing to worry about, but I think she wants me to buy her a QPR shirt with his name on the back for Christmas.”

He's on trial and free so literally nothing to lose. No club due to injuries so hopefully as he has been close to losing the footballing dream, he will give everything to make it.
And if he doesn't, so what? He's literally cost us nothing. I don't get why fans slate these things and yet those same fans say why don't we scout abroad and pick up a hidden gem.

I think we both know the answer to that one.

Whatever happened to that American striker we signed a few years back in similar circumstances?

And yes, like Ollie states - he obviously made an impact in a QPR shirt. Towards the end of his stay here on the pitch also. He scored a few goals..

He actually scored a few vital goals..One of them a real "cracker" I remember.

Whatever happened to that American striker we signed a few years back in similar circumstances? Tyler Blackwood? Playing for a club in St.Louis now. Not MSL I believe..

There are many different factors in play here, but Uncle's record does not encourage me.

That's probably why he has been out of the frame in the last two seasons. Ruben seems to be running the show these days.
