Can't be true, surely Hoos, Tony or previous owners would have mentioned this by now.

The elite in all leagues should fuck off, more and more diva demands season on season. Poor them. They don't care about anyone else,so why should we bend over to them. There is 90 plus clubs in our league not 6.

Has anyone ever estimated the real estate value of the stadium? It won't be the same as the normal land prices in the area as I think the ground has a covenant on it that says it must only be used for sport. My understanding is that there is/was a covenant on Loftus Rd.

Would explain why we never moved years ago. Maybe we're stuck with the place? A question for the next meeting perhaps?

Does a covenant on usage appear as bank debt?

Covenant i believe is some authority only allowing ground for sports purposes.
Doesnt really matter as rules/laws get broken all the time now.

Similar issue at Chelsea with pitch owners which I think partly stopped Chelsea relocating to nine elms
Surely covenant, if there is one, is about simply selling ground with no alternative. If we were to evidence we are investing in another site which offers community opportunities their is wriggle room??
Failing that you flatten stands and build flats around pitch like Highbury
