Never really gets a lot of air time amongst the fans when we discuss former players and strikers.
Was slightly before my time but always thought he scored bundles for us. Why is he the forgotten man?

Always rated him highly. For my money best of that footballing family. Not afraid to put himself about, decent nut on him, nose for goal. Worked hard.
More of a 9 than a 10.

Because he's a Spurs fan I suppose. Harsh to judge him for that considering what amazing feats he achieved with us. Our 3rd highest goalscorer of all time, isn't he?

My all time QPR favourite by a large margin, but to me it looks like he doesn`t care about us at all which of course makes me a bit sad, thinking about it. On the other hand, could it be that he isn`t vocal or craving publicity unlike many other former players? Just a thought..

That quarter final goal (that was a lively afternoon) and the lucky goal in the semi final are both in the top ten QPR moments I've experienced.

One of Allen’s best goals was against Chelsea in 79, a fantastic thunderbolt of a free kick to secure a point in a 2-2 draw.

It must have been quite special to see Allen and Goddard in form. A bit off topic, but Goddard is another one who seldom gets a mention as far as legends are concerned..

And a player I admired was Gordon Hill(The Wizard) ex. Millwall and United, but he was not very good at QPR because he did his knee while at Derby I think..

Allen Goddard pairing up front lethal if I remember correctly You ain’t wrong General, Rangers 7-0 Burnley was a highlight, at the end of the game our players went up to the Burnley goalie and congratulated him, without his efforts it could have been 12-0, and he was making his debut as well, can’t remember his name.
