Things were going badly wrong there for a while before Poch left.
All those people who were singing Levy's praises for doing it on a shoe string have gone awful quiet. A few things have come home to roost.
They should still be better than this even with the front two out, but they just don't look like they want it.

Mourinho seems bereft of ideas. It looked like his race was run at Man U and at Spuds he has been found wanting again. He doesn't seem to inspire confidence in his players these days, more like the opposite. But Leipzig by contrast were a joy to watch and I have to say, I really like their kit!!

What Poch and Mourinho share is managing a team who just don't look up for it.

It's not just down to Mourinho. Not by a long chalk. It's easy to forget how shite they were during the last months of Poch, and Mourinho's injury list is even longer. What Poch and Mourinho share is managing a team who just don't look up for it. Hal. Cannot be good for the players for a manager to say that all of the opponents bench would walj into his starting 11. He is going to suffocate the life out of that club and kop a fortune as usual in compensation. Yes his injury list is bad but his team sheets at times are even worse. |

I don’t think he’s cut out for club management anymore. His next step is an international side. That way he only has to work in small bursts

Agree that his selection is perplexing, and they're playing this weird half and half approach so neither pure Mourinho nor pure Poch. GK is another massive headache. Then there's the Levy thing.
Mourinho may well be past his sell by date, but whoever went there right now would have problems. It's chaotic.
