The point I'm trying to make is that if the economy fails then many lives will be lost there too. The government are managing more than 1 crisis at the moment. I appreciate why people want to focus solely on how we handle the medical emergency, but I promise you the economic one is just as serious.

They wont go into melt down,do u know how many ppl do drugs in uk? Make it legal,get tax,cut criminals out of loop,secure the product from all the shit they put in it,cut a lot of deaths in long run.

Some experts are predicting that the economic crisis could actually kill more than the virus, although I think that's a difficult prediction to make with the level of information we currently have. Either way, your question is invalid. It isn't a simple case of "money or lives". The government needs to manage multiple crises simultaneously right now. |
