Not reading too much into these games but that’s piss poor at any level. I played against Marlow, complete with Ansil Bushay, Kenny Glasgow & John Caesar, not long before their FA cup tie against Spurs and we lost 17-2  |

That result should be a wake up call to the players.
“We took too many touches on the ball” ...sounds like we conceded goals by losing possession in bad areas ?
“The new normal “...first game is at home so slight advantage should be with us ?
“Attitude and commitment”...how many players are focused on new contracts and moves away ?

just a friendly yes but to lose 7-1? not acceptable, especially when you take into account brentford beat arsenal 3-2 and reading lost 1-0 to chelsea 4 days before we did.
my only assumption really is that we've been obeying the covid restrictions during training whilst other teams have been training as normal
