he's decent. never had a good scoring record until that half season before west ham signed him. he gets about a bit, is quite physical and his style of play does concern defenders. he's an old school kind of striker a bit like shearer in his style of play |

We're looking in the wrong country. Europe is where you find the best deals, plus it has far more choice. Are we even looking there?? We lack the financial clout to compete in the UK for players (particularly strikers) within our budget. Why isn't this obvious to the club? Especially as this has been the case for some time.

he might only get 10 goals a season, but if he is strong and can hold up the ball it may enable Eze and Chair to bang in a few more. Got to be worth a shot

Don’t know enough about him Tarbs so hope your right. Heard loads about him for one season at Preston but nothing before and nothing after. He’s a risk in my book but risk worth taking at right price

Hugill will be a reasonably expensive loan I think, but it's getting late in the window and we need to sign someone! |

But he'll do a decent job at this level. apparently before west ham signed him we were trying to bring him in for just under 2m! then loads of other teams started sniffing round and preston got the deal of the century. i agree that he's decent for sure though, hes a different option to mlakar up front and is an upgrade on smith. speaking of pavel though i'd love him back, i think he could really slot in easily in warburtons style as a RB. he played there before but was performing a role that didn't suit him, in a more attacking style of play i think he'd do brilliantly though as his end product isn't great but his work rate is second to none. think he'd be solid with BOS infront of him |

Woz is not a RB so I would not bring him back to play there if there was an option. He’s winger all day long in my book

I'd forget about Woz to be fair. Knocking on for starters, flattered to deceive a lot of the time, and couldn't get out the door quick enough when his contract expired.
We're well stocked for wingers anyway. Strikers, a right back and maybe a playmaker are what we should be looking for in what's left of the window.

I think we were certainly offered him a week or so back, but I don't think Les fancies him. I'm sure there is a back story here. Sheff Weds seem desperate to get rid of Rhodes and there don't seem to be many takers. For Judge, Ipswich want 750k, so that's a non-starter. |

I think Todd Kane signing is a very shrewd move by the club but can’t get excited about Hugil tbh.
Hope he proves me wrong but his goal scoring record in this division is actually quite woeful.
Would of preferred Hogan Bening reunited with Judge tbh!
