Still don't know how Kelly didn't save that first goal? That and mistakes by Kakay, Ball and Amos gifted all points to Fulham. Anyway think we had better chances and should have won.

Agree. I actually do think we'll go down next season. Not because of the last 3 results at all, just because a) I don't think we'll get as much as we should for Eze/BOS/Manning, and b) i don't think any of the money brought in will be reinvested in player recruitment, which is badly needed, or enough player recruitment to keep us in the division.

We certainly had that option in January, by which time the GK writing was already on the wall. We did nothing.
Stan is correct about the lack of picking up, do you remember that time when Scotty had the run of the park vs us under Ollie? We're still not picking up late arriving MFs. Which isn't surprising because we often miss out front men.
Some things were better this evening, but as we all know until someone teaches them how to defend as a unit we will struggle. You do your pick ups from set pieces plus attack vs defence and you keep doing it. Eventually you build a bit of confidence back there. We've been crying out for a defence coach who knows which way his arse faces for months. They might regret not making that investment.

First thing a decent defensive coach would do is inform MW that Ryan Manning and Todd Kane do not possess the necessary skills or nous to play in defence.
Don’t need a Badge or License to realise that.

You're right, but its also true that defence is based on organisation. I've seen some pretty unpromising back lines get it together simply by everyone knowing their job. To some extent you can cover a lack of skill by hard work on the training ground.
Defence starts higher up the park, and when MW first arrived there did seem to be a sign of selective pressing but as time has elapsed that seems increasingly random.
