Clubs worth around 20 million atm i reckon They paid 50 originally i think When we were in Prem The club is worth fark all Gen. we have a fine which still needs to be paid, we are losing 1mil a month, a dof who is on 300k per season, a squad with only one striker on the books along with two proper cb's. i'd give bungle £5 for the the club that he has destroyed.

Brights his father in law is one of the richest me in the world who. Once wanted to buy the club Think he could change anything he wanted really with that sort of cash Remember they wanted the club once I understand that. But we can’t expect them to pay well over the odds, just to give TF and his friends enough to cover their losses. Successful people didn’t become successful by doing that. 😂 Brights. Cover their losses? You could buy Newcastle debt free outright for less that what he has spunked

We own the ground don't we? So that would make £20m sound about right to me.

The Land at Loftus Road is prpbabaly worth around 20-30 million pounds on its own plus Eze Bos other players etc
Surely the sale of Loftus Road would finance the new stadium build to some degree would it not ??
Perfect situation for Amit to take major stake in the club atm if he wanted too , with TF in a dire situation personally.
Cheap Price / Balanced Books / Player Assets / No better time than this for a sell out

Will this give the owners a chance to spend or even sell to someone else who will?
