Since return of football the goals scored in games have been crazy. Surely the fans don’t have this much influence on sides to make them play so safe when there in grounds compared to when grounds are empty

90% of their problems stem from Woodward era decisions ie awful off the park calls, too many to list here.

utd make silly signings and then act shocked when it doesn't work out.
they're lacking a CB, LB, enforcer and striker so they bring in cavani and spend most of the window chasing after sancho when they already have martial, greenwood, rashford and dan james as cover. sancho is a great player but not one utd really need.
holberg would have been perfect for them but spurs signed him for 15m from southampton.
joke of a club now and will take years to get back to being a top club

You mean Højbjerg i guess. Good player, but sometimes loses concentration, eg. in our international vs. Belgium, he completely loses Denayer at a corner and Belgium are 1-0 up. Looked like a QPR player that day |

Thing is with frees, there's always the wages. And loans depend on who exactly is going to pick up the tab, and for how long. It would be interesting to find out what % of loan players are having a slice paid by parent clubs. Even straight transfers can involve complex tab pick ups...
