No of course they wont. But we could afford them, we just choose not to. That's how this club is run. It's interesting how many clubs have simply bypassed FFP by doing their homework properly. Btw it isn't just relegation that will cost us. The new EFL / Prem agreement stipulates that payments from the PL down the tier will be dictated by league position within the tier...... |

Been saying for a long time that no serious contender would come near us. But make no mistake, we've missed out on loads of managers who subsequently proved themselves at a higher level, and at the time would have come here had we got our fat arse in gear to recruit them. I've listed them before. I seriously doubt whether we approached a single one of them. |

I’m now questioning myself as although not my cup of tea perhaps a Nathan Jones was the type of figure we needed when we changed. However saying that was mess at Southampton a team in same situation so perhaps not. |
