thing about gaz though is for all his eccentricities he does come across as a genuine and driven guy. he always has his players backs and gives the impression that he would give his all for his squad. the right player would absolutely buy into his methods and if you get a few of them around the place we'll havw a very solid and competitive side.
this club needs passion, we haven't had it in a long time.

In a way its disappointing if true as I don't think any of our players would attract Prem interest - maybe Seni as back up - and as we know there is v little bunce in the Championship to buy players. If we are to embark on the massive re-build that most want then its hard to see where the money will come from. That said, if Ainsworth remains our manager am not sure I want a full re-build as don't trust his judgement on players. Think we would end up with 11 Dom Balls. Might have great attitude but their next move would always be Rotherham on a free.

Normally find myself agreeing with you Corbray but not sure on this. Players who have been signed to play a passing game and experienced very technical coaching under Warbs, Warts and Critch and who have been fed stats etc on the advantages of possession based football are hardly going to respond to the footballing equivalent of a John Smith's advert: "'ave it, son. Boot it up to the big fella as fast as you can."

I reckon Willock will go to another Championship club this summer for probably a lot less than we think he's worth. Stopped performing right at the point where it would be better for all parties for him to be in the shop window.

1.5 million on current form, physical / psychological condition, and time left on contract.

this club needs passion, we haven't had it in a long time. Either you must be very young if one year is long time for you or very old with a bad memory. Celebrations when we were winning under Warburton had massive amounts of passion.

Celebrations when we were winning under Warburton had massive amounts of passion. from the fans yes, redknapp once said that fans would chant saddam's name if he scored 20 goals a season for their club lol. i'm talking about the club itself which in hindsight has been on a slippery slope for some time

Willock will end up somewhere like West Brom, Watford or Norwich.
Decent player if he can be arsed but I;d be happy to see him go to be honest

Has looked very lazy and in first gear since he’s come back from injury.
A shame as he’s a match winner on his day but if he don’t wanna be here fuck off.

He will end up at Rangers and he is being signed to replace Ryan Kent who will them for free. Beale can deny all he likes the pair of them want the move to happen.

I’m not sure I buy that rumour about Willock or Crooks. For the last couple of weeks the Twitter poster Jeff Lefthooker has been criticised by quite a few on there as a fake ITK.
I personally think he has got some inside links but is just trying to wind some up recently.
Dave Mc says Willock was all set to play before his knock.

i think the willock links has legs tbh. middlesbrough have been one of the teams that have been interested in him for some time and he'd suit their style of play too.
plus his brother is just down the road at newcastle too. willock gives off the vibe that he's wanted out for quite some time.
i don't buy the crooks links though. would love him here as he's a very good player and would slot right into our midfield.

Or maybe he won’t re sign and has a appearance fee bonus clause and near triggering that, so we not playing and trying to get sold

Personally I think he's either 'under offer', or isn't 100% fit and will come back in a few weeks - and will do well for us.
