His injury might just help us keep him in January. No one will buy him, he’s shit. Only ever plays about 15 minutes before he gets injured. Can’t run, useless at going past a player and his shooting is appalling. Wouldn’t lace his brother’s boots. Lucky to have a contract. January callers? Take a look at Dykes - or Erling as he’s known in the Bush. What a striker. Worth every penny of £5m, a snip. Would hate to see him go. Brings so much to the team.

Be interesting to see how bad the test is for hamstring as if it’s bad tear can lead to long term vulnerability which sides looking at him will be well aware of. His right was clearly bad as needed op and was out for was it 5months?
If his left is bad with an already vulnerable right could be sides look elsewhere or reflect it in price.
I’m wondering if perhaps he already done them in past as he looks like he should be lightening quick but he’s actually pretty slow and you never see him get into proper sprint on leave someone behind with pace, it’s usually from strength and twisting.

Should be back for Norwich or WBA. Excellent news!

If our form holds I’d leave him out until after WC. Get him properly strong. Would be like signing a new player for a promotion push.

Depends how we play our next four games without him as we were pretty poor yesterday. Probably would be better to gradually give him minutes vs Norwich and WBA if fit.

Can see Willock leaving in January Depends how we do this month. New manager bounce. Willock and Chair back firing. Climb the table again, and he might be persuaded to stay. Unless a silly offer comes in of course - in which case it's just another season written off, as we stand no chance of making the playoffs if we lose our best player.

I think he’s clearly got underlying condition with hamstrings so we won’t get top dollar, neither will he if there is a fee so I’m guessing he tries seeing contract out then maximising being a free.

Hall said the sub was tactical, if people are referring to the last game? Didn't look injured either.
Silly sub to make but that's a different subject.

He never looked close to match fitness on Saturday, so might not be an outright injury but he was way off being ready for a championship game.

He lacked sharpness and just wasn’t “on it” and not near the level he’s been at this season

Sooner rather than later, we have to prepare for life without Willoch because it looks like he`s already off somewhere else. I hope we can bring in Mehmeti from Wycombe in the January window. Iow Willock out, the former in.

Seemed more a case of under-motivated under an interim coach.

Where does the blame for that performance from Willock and the rest of the team in that first half against Burnley lie then?
I would think that the selection of Hall as interim coach and spokesman suggests a real dearth of talent amongst the set-up assembled by Ferdinand over the years.
Ramsey when viewed amongst the inside training videos with either Beale or Critchley appears to have zero input and I would ask what is his brief with the first team?

To put it mildly. Les is absolute dross and totally out of his depth, probably won too many great headers back when he was good.

Dreadful since we re started and looks un interested and work rate leaves a lot to be desired. Like the player but on most showings sell him in January as we cannot watch him play like he has done for the rest of the season.

I think his hamstrings have gone. He runs like he’s protecting something. not explosive over first few yards like he used to be and not twisting on ball.

Anyone interested in him will be sending scouts and recent performances are going to send major alarm bells.

What do you suggest we do Sparks? He's inherited a squad that aside from central defence, basically doesn't have sufficient options to rotate. People crying out for Armstrong sums it up for me. Our lack of attacking options is leading us to call for a kid who has never scored a goal for the club. Are you saying it’s ok for him to select Field as our main creative MF player, thats never going to work as todays passing showed, why can’t one of the B team players step up.Both Aoraha and Bonner were both selected prior to yesterdays B match being called off. Iroegbunam looks a shadow of the player he’s been for majority of the season in his deeper role. If Critchley can’t get a tune out of our 2 best players in Chair and Willock then something is seriously wrong. Willock's collapse in form isnt down to Critch. He's not been the same since the injury and that is a real worry.

Shouldn’t we be saying the same thing about Willock ie lay off him because at least he’s already proved himself unlike Critchley

My issue is Willock is he's looked to have downed tools since it was apparent Beale was on his way. If he doesn't want to be here I'd rather we shifted him on and used the proceeds to bring in a few players who want to put in a shift and give the place a lift.

Just saw a poster on another forum saying that Willock alledgedly is not on good terms with the club hierachy these days. He was forced to play with injury twice under Beale. That`s why.
