Decent point more then I expected we would get, think we actually edged it
There is a decent side there if we could pick final ball out
Defensively, stupid error aside, that was another solid display we have defo improved in that department
Showed bit of metal to go down after two mins and still come away with the point the stronger side
Happy enough

Good performance. Niko looks a quality left back. Willock good when he came on and LTC pulling the strings like an NFL quarterback.

Gotta start Willock. Carroll and Dom the two with MAGA rested. Wallace only back up from now on. Niko was sublime second half. Good performance from Kane too.

by far the better side and should have got the win. probably our best performance of the season.
really impressive given that watford have an excellent squad with the likes of sarr and england/french internationals to name a few

Happy with point, would have taken that to start with, but disagree with some on subs. Willock and Ball are in our best 11, they are not an either/or. Ball is too good deeper to be wasted high up when we have other players to do that. Hamalainen looked really tired, I don't think. Should have started. Wallace and Cameron should only be used from bench now.

Just watched the full game, having missed out due to birthday celebrations  Apart from the early fuck up, I really like our team now. Brilliant performance IMHO. All players stood up, and apart from the goal against, we were in control almost throughout the game. Dieng confident. Niko brilliant when he came on, and didn´t put a foot wrong. Carroll only few mistakes, but always showing for the ball, and his passing brilliant, not just stats wise, but as I said no weak link. Come on U R´s. Don´t let us down tonight. Edit: Will never understand why we didn´t get a penalty with three shouts in quick succession at the end. Not a fan of VAR, but this game it would have been handy. |
