as expected, austin starts. also as expected, mr goals aka donkey, plays alongside him. I reckon Dykes might benefit. Let's see. You're right. He's had a good half and has definitely benefited. Played some nice passes and touches. Should have scored too but at least it was a shot on target. So far rscot is correct in terms of pairing them. Shania and acricketer - it looks like Chaz can still "run" too  |

Solid first half and we grew into the game. Still look like we’re playing to safe for my liking but one nil up can’t moan
Austin brings the fear factor which we have missed. Just being on the pitch makes defence drop back 5yards which creates bit of space between their defence and their midfield to play. Think Willock would have field day in that hole

good first half for sure. look solid at the back although luton have had a few half chances.
dykes and austin look good, dykes hasn't got the pressure on his shoulders of leading the line and can instead play to his strengths. austin hasn't been involved massively on the ball but he clearly frightens luton's players, when he has had the ball he's played smart passes and looks to get us moving forward.
barbet and dickie both looking solid, same for carrol.
ball and kane not doing much whilst bos either holds the ball too long or doesn't pass when he should.
hope we keep it together in the second half
