Do we actually think there is any truth to this Sherwood rumour? Apart from Talksport and the Sun, has it actually been mentioned anywhere more credible?
As for Jordan Rhodes. He's a spent force on huge wages. Maybe we can get him on a cheap loan for the remainder of the season, but him alone won't be saving our season.

They will already know who they want Tarbs if it's required and Warbs does not win the next two games
He is a dead man walking atm mate not sure it will be Sherwood though mate
Would prefer Bilic Pearson or Howe but I think they are all out of our league

It can’t be sherwood. It just can’t be, it would be suicide for Les and he knows it. The feeling about sherwood was vented last time round and I seem to remember Les dismissing the rumours then. I’d be astounded

What might just work, and I really am clutching at straws here because I don't want him either, is that Ramsey might be more involved, and he's supposed to be a good coach, and Les might see fit to work with the strikers as they are all mates. Perhaps they stay in the background at the moment because you don't have a dog and bark yourself? As I say, clutching at straws. (or just desperate🙂)

(or just desperate🙂) I'd actually favour this over Barton or Pearson as some have been calling for. That said, there are better options than Sherwood. It's a lazy appointment by our lazy DoF (if it turns out to be true). |
