Westy. The one thing that is certain is that the board are that stupid to appoint him.

If that shortlist is the real deal, and not just another piece of lazy journalism, then we really are unimaginative.

He could well become the most unpopular manager in our recent history. Not for me and do not see why we would want him either.

I don’t think Sherwood will get it, I hope the board are not that stupid He’s always favourite when our job comes up and we have mini meltdown. He’s not got it before, he’s done nothing inbetween not getting it, so why would they give it to him now He appears to have become the managerial equivalent of Peter Crouch as far as Rangers are concerned.

Lets hope so Brights as Crouchie still has the pen in his pocket ready to sign but the ink has dried up. Lets hope Dim Sherwood falls at the final hurdle and stays away from our club.

I do fear the support base will go into meltdown if Tim not nice bit still dim gets the job. I've never known such vitriol for a management candidate before they've got the job. I do fear protests and nastiness if he gets it. Our club never appears to be imaginative when it comes to searching for a new manager. Probably the last time that happened was when GiGi came in and that was probably only because Flav must've known about him. There are tons of good managers about the sodding football world but we keep going for boring candidates.

Wow, lads ,lads. CALM DOWN ! Nothing has been announced from the club , the Standard is a dog shit paper that would print this purely because of the old link between Les and Sherwood , nothing more , you just can`t believe anything you read in ES , they have to give the paper away ,so the journalism tends ( and the editor and the comment ) to be toilet . ( Although ,i`m not saying the club couldn`t make such a poor appointment , anything is possible ! )

I genuinely don't think I could support us any more if Tim Sherwood got the job. It would be the final nail in the coffin that Fernandes has been building for 7 years. Cause you would ,QPR is for life ,not just for Christmas

If Sherwood gets the job, I see it is a Ramsey, Les AND Sherwood project. And I will still support my club. For the record; we have gone for a few popular choices for a while now. Has it paid off; No.

For a man out of a job for 3 years plus it would be insane to appoint him permanent manager. The only thing I would accept as reasonable would be that Tim takes the job for free until the end of the season, and then only give him a contract if the squad reacts in a positive way!

He ain't doing anything for free mate, and why would he? I'm sure he gets paid pretty well for his TV work, he's not gonna step away from that to give up his time for free! If he signs, I'd assume it will be a contract until at least the end of next season.

It will be ridiculous if he gets the job. It would mean that 3 of our last 5 managers had either never managed before or weren’t actually employed as a manager for over a year. And of the remaining 2, the guy had managed for half a season

If Sherwood gets the job i'll be more pissed off than those wanky Dulwich Hamlet hispters when the sea salt fig sliders run out at the Food kiosk at half time.
I'd rather have kellie maloney in her dorothy perkins funnel coat on the loftus road touchline than that dead eyed fuck pot Sherwood.

From that perspective mate.....he'll fit right in mate!

Rather than pay compensation to another club for their manager, we choose to get them for nothing, fire them and then pay it. 😄
