Great result , well done to warbs and the team to have enough about them to put in a battling performance I actually think warbs has made us significantly more professional as a side. Everyone worked so hard again today and really dug in when In reality the final league position doesnāt mean much. It looked like it meant something to us today though and I love that. I was really vocal about wanting him gone earlier in the year but in hindsight that was just frustration because I couldnāt see the effort. I thought we looked lazy. Iām so chuffed for mark and the team that heās turned it round. I honestly, hand on heart canāt think of anyone who we could attract that could do a better job with the tools at his disposal. To be in a better position this year with a bottom 6 budget and having lost eze, bos, hugill and wells is quite frankly fucking remarkable. Well done that man šš»šš»šš»šš»šš» |

Iāve mentioned Declan Gallagher in a thread on āScottish scouting / playersā. I think heād be a good signing, contract up in the summer so wouldnāt cost anything. I think heād compete with Jordy for that slot in the middle of the 3, could also play on the right of the 3 if needed. Heād add height (6ft 5 or 6ft 6), pace, heās got good pace for a big man, power, physicality, heās a decent footballer. I also think thereās a place in the squad for Carroll, as competition for Johansen (assuming he signs) and cover for suspension, injury or if Johansan needs a rest. |
