Personally I'd only select players who never showed any ability or hint of talent whatsoever, at any time in their career. Rule out likes of Park Ji, SWP and even Brett A.
The type who'd look bang average on Hackney Marshes but somehow found themselves playing about 20 levels too high.
We're still spoiled for choice mind.

Jordan Mutch was one of the biggest frauds I’ve ever witnessed. Was not any good at anything. My jaw used to drop when I heard fans defending him.

This best and worst 11s reminds me of when I used to play football in the Croydon Sunday League. It started as a bunch of mates but slowly we got better as better players arrived. Years later after we had stopped playing a load of us were on a train on a stag do going somewhere and we decided to all write our best and worst Grange Rangers 11. We counted all the votes and yours truly ended up in both teams!!
