Yes lacked goals but were performances as bad as we made out yes, turning point for defence was backs to wall performance at Luton and lack of goals is a bit of a problem for a football team. Can’t rewrite history, we were awful.

Can’t rewrite history, we were awful. Going three at the back was the turning point. Bright not playing enabled that. Plus Chaz and Stefan.

Would add dont think team performances were that bad we just never took chances. Some first halves we ripped sides apart but went off level but yes results not pretty

this puts massive pressure on the board.
think they will be forced into retaining some of these loan players if we finish in the top 10.

Top 8 now, in outstanding form since turn of the year, keeping clean sheets, winning ugly, players looking motivated etc... the changing of formation to 3 at the back, the signings of johansson and austin along with the others on loan, getting rid of the bad egg, and dykes now showing some form and the starting of wilock have all contributed to a fantastic run in. we must keep our four loan players for next season.

Albert Adomah always seems to have one or two efficient tricks in his pocket.

Little shout out for Cameron when it comes to making 3 at back work. He was a good influence. Ok, has gone off a bit/lot but deserves praise for when the system was settling in.

Stating the obvious but our form in 2021 has been outstanding. I think we’re 1 wing back away from promotion side.

this puts massive pressure on the board. dont it just? How they respond will absolutely show the extent / limit of their ambition. I have to give credit to Mark Warburton. I thought he was just way off the pace in terms of correcting obvious flaws, but he has re-assessed a few things and turned it round.
