Willock has actually looked alright at wing back. Not that he's been hugely tested defensively to be fair. right wing was 4 at back

Great result in horrendous conditions in a poor run of form with several key players missing. Got to be happy with that

Floodlights still looking dodgy. Is that what it is? I'm watching via the red button the TV in the spare room at my mothers gaff. It seems very dark but couldn't work if that is the telly or the floodlights. Probably a bit of both! Had a meeting last week with Lee Hoos (SCC). I raised this issue of the floodlights with him. Turns out it's actually an optical illusion. The darkened patches apparently only appear on the streams but not at the actual stadium. It's an odd one. Euan Inglis (Commercial Director) confirmed it too. Meeting minutes will be published in due course.

Which is why I found his response surprising.

Was watching on a poxy screen to be fair. In the process of moving house (protracted due to construction delays). All my stuff is in storage.

Well pleased with the result and performance. Clean sheet a massive bonus too.
I said to my son before the game the next two home games are absolutely must wins to keep us in the hunt for the top spots and that's the first one out the way.
Only slight negative was seeing players arguing on the pitch. I don't like that but to put a positive twist on it, it shows they care.

Tada Troy. Cracking performance lad! 🤣 Fat cunt. He was absolutely invisible and no threat at all. Saw him getting pelters from Brum fans online. Love it the gammy toothed freak.

Empty shirt mate, did nothing. Suspect Watford knew what they were doing when they paid up the final year of his deal in the summer.

Anyone know why people in the UK were able to stream this on QPR plus , usually its just commentary ? It's something to do with EFL streaming rights. Seems quite arbitrary how they can pick and choose which games can be broadcast worldwide and overseas only. Perhaps it's non-Sky games only.

It was this nonsense combined with a significant hike in the cost that made me cancel my QPR+ this year.

We played really well, without really sustaining pressure. We were getting in behind really easily and looking good, especially in the first half. The switch to Odubajo was on every time and Chair/WIllock were getting in down their right hand side every time.
Funny thing is, I was saying to my brother on the way that Chair needs to do more ... and he goes and plays like that. Fair play to him, he played very well last night.

Certainly looked like lessons had been learnt with our defending and concentration.
Another interesting sub-plot was to see Moses switch over to LWB following the subs.

Maybe stupid to complain, when everything worked out in the end, but I didn´t like that switch. I thought we lost our shape a bit, which made them look better than they deserved. Why not keep things as they were, as Willock didn´t have any problems with his defensive duties? Just keep the shape that is working, and put Adomah up in free role behind Green?

Luke Amos looks in good shape and I can`t see that he has lost any pace at all. Quick in his moves and covers ground to perfection.

Maybe it was for fresher legs vs their left winger. He was a handful and quick so fresher legs to nullify him.
