Thought McCallum was excellent before he went off

But James, as Greg points out, what about the amount of games we're conceding late goals this season. So many dropped points as a result, and that's not at all good. Don't you agree we should be better / more professional at closing games out? Bristol, Peterborough and today? Not sure if missing any out but Bristol was just a mad game. Peterborough….I wasn’t there so can’t comment. However it sounds like we deserved to lose. Today….that wasn’t bad game management. It was no ones fault. It was a great strike by the games stand out player. There are some big positives from today: 1) reaction from Tuesday 2) Moses best game I’ve seen 3) back 3 were solid 4) Johansen looked excellent and strong as game went on 5) Dozzell….really good game and worked his socks off 6) Albert….yet again superb You can add West Brom to the list of points thrown away too. 88/89th minute? I’ve calmed down a bit now and admit tonight was better but for fuck sake we need to toughen up a bit. The makings of a good side hampered by the same old problems

Thought McCallum was excellent before he went off Yeah agree. We’ve got 2 quality left wing backs. Shame they’ve injury prone! Big positive for me is Moses.

West Brom was awful. Fuck that was shit. But tonight was about response to Tuesday.

Just, as a fan, to concede again so late on is always going to feel like a kick in the teeth. Yep, WBA too.

Something went wrong when Chair walked off. We were played so deep. So Warburton should of told them to get up the pitch, thats his job is it not. Chair going off was a good move but if you give up possesion and drop deep it invites troubleIt should have been Ball instead of Amos imo. Ball would have added a bit more steel to the midfield. He likes to go forward and keep the ball also. Do also have to say I agree with you that dropping deep almost every time invites trouble.

Yesterday was a deflection which could have gone anywhere and which the keeper had initially covered. Endings like that happen although so bloody annoying. Regardless should have had that game put away before that as Dykes missed some chances. Still not convinced by him if honest very flaky player

First half, I thought we were pretty poor for the most part. Don't recall their keeper having anything to do. Lucky to not have given away a penalty. Adomah was a great outlet and I thought we looked better when Moses came on. He actually wants to run in behind whereas Mcalister doesn't ever run in behind.
On that point, Willock would be a better player if he tried to run on past the last man and want a through ball. The only real time we did it was Adomah and we scored from it.
Second half we were slow start I thought we dominated, looked good and compact. What I I notice though (I moved from Y block to V block) was our poor game management. We are 1-0 up and we have a 30 yard gap from defence to midfield, no wonder we are so exposed to the counter attack. Also, at around 80 minutes, Adomah is going now where but is comfortable on the ball and we have Moses busting a gut to do an overlap for no reason. Left us 3 v 2 at the back. Dykes shooting from so far back on 88 is madness.
I thought Johansen was better in the second half and Dozzel was equally as good. Good passing and battling from him.
LR is strange from atmosphere pov. Y block really can't hear R block yet when I was in V block you can hear how loud the QPR blocks are and you can also hear the Y block.

We were tired because of two early injuries and pointless cup run I would rather have taken win on Tuesday than three points yesterday.

I would rather have taken win on Tuesday than three points yesterday. not for me Doc. While the run has been fun we were never going win cup so it’s four extra games in the legs for no real gain and I think it’s showing few players

We're not good enough ball lost, which has always been MW's weak spot.
This isn't an ability thing, its an organisational thing.

It was nice to see how much more agressive with and without the ball we were in the second half last night even without Dom Ball. We can`t play pretty fotball all the time.
