very good first half. we're in control but don't look truly threatening yet.
austin is the weak link this game, slow, heavy first touch and has as much pace as my 16 month old son.
chair and willock both linking up well but stefan and wallace have been the standouts so far imo.
will say that the ref and linesman are fucking awful lol. not even that they're making poor decisions (they are) but they don't even know the rules it seems. i reckon dunne should grab the ball in his hands and just run with it, would defo get away with it with this ref

A very decent team display against a totally revamped and good Huddersfield team. They play football a bit like us now. Obertan is a great coach imo.

Well on top? They could have had two. We let them run the midfield when they have the ball. I agree, but I didn`t want to sound negative. We have been lucky not to let any goals in. Time for Field to come on quite soon, imo. |

Very strong performance tonight against a tricky opponent. Gave away a couple of chances both halves, but hard to cut out completely. Another 3 points, another clean sheet. Johansen almost at his best in MOM performance, and great to see Amos get his first home league goal, after the ride he's had. Not much to be upset about, but I'm sure we can think of something if we try. 🤣

Very enjoyable game. Evenly matched I thought. They're a good side. Thought our midfield didn't hustle them enough when they had the ball. Back three solid as a rock. Three great points.
