I draw a sharp distinction between Willock and Chair. The former is a cut above. A mistake to lump them in the same category imo. Agree, but not sure that’s majority view. Only need watch tv for the way Chair is heralded as the star of our team. If he's being over-hyped then let him be over-priced, in which case cash in and reinvest wisely. Let the market decide his true valuation. Super talented player but he's not PL standard yet, he'd get found out there.

chair and willock both need one more season with us before we sell imo. i rate both on the same level but in different ways, chair is lacking 'something' to take him to the next level but i don't know what it is, same with willock. i do believe they'll both reach those heights though. willock seems more grounded but doesn't seem to get at players as much as chair.
dunno whats happened to dickie as he was brilliant last year and started off this season as a class above everyone else. still think he's a top player at this level but he's gone from being better than barbet to as good as barbet lol

Doesn't do a through ball enough. He does have an amazing cross on him though.

Chair’s biggest problem is decision making. When to shoot, when to pass…..before move runs out of steam.

I read somewhere that we are monitoring a former QPR cult hero`s situation at his club. He`s a striker. Top secret.

Watching him, you can only conclude that he doesn't. How much more basic training could there be for a pro?

No. Is he available for the playoffs? My last cult hero striker would be bannister or wegerle at a push. Doubt we are signing either of those.

he's not really played much for them this season and my guess is he's on a decent wage there with only 6 months left on his contract.
would still make zero sense for them to sell him in jan though and especially to us. he'd be a very good signing though imo.

Wells - if we are looking to bring in - and actually play - someone who is more inside forward than target man why not recall Bonne? In form, point to prove, what’s to lose? Use our money at the back.

Use our money at the back. playing well at his home town club. Personally seen enough of him to think move on and replace. No point having Washington mk2 on our hands just giving games hoping they come good. Looking at his stats been a one in four/five striker most his career aside from this current loan (club he supports so getting bit more out of him) Saying that we’re steer clear of wells best days drying him too

Imo we need reinforcements up front also. Not only at the back. Our three strikers are too injury prone. Charlie Austin is not even able to play 60 minutes. Not saying Wells is the Messiah as such, but he is not injury prone and he would give his all for us.

It could well be that Wells is over the top now, but at least he knows the system and many of our players and January is not the month where strikers are easy to come by. He is known quantity as such.

Guessing BS as cant see why they would let him go. Also very much like what we already have He would be a good signing, I think he would improve all of our defenders by his leadership. Dunne and Dickie have both been naive sometimes so someone like him would marshal the defence well. The Wells link won't happen, he'll want more than we will give and we have Grey, Dykes and Austin. The board won't stump up for another 30+ player.
