I just saw sonewhere that he would want to come back. Any other club it would not be mentioned but this is QPR so this would not surprise me one bit.

If we think our fanbase wasn't divided enough already, this would really cement those schisms. For this reason alone it would be very harmful to the club, whether in favour of it or not.

But I think it's an interesting idea that if Beale came back and did well we'd all forgive him. And maybe we would, in time. My own view is he shouldn't be allowed back and that we try to build bridges with Warbs (now that Ferdinand has gone, apparently that's where the internal arguments were) and get him back as DoF and his QPR assistant Eustace in as manager. But I think that would be a difficult one to sort - I suspect Warbs probably feels as betrayed by QPR as QPR feels betrayed by Beale... |
