He didn't say it exclusively to us, the fans, but he never hid that he wanted the Rangers job.So that’s s a ‘no’ then, in answer to Westie’s question… I can’t recall Beale saying he’d take the Rangers job before he left us. Still think he’s a two-faced, lying, hypocritical toad. What I said was that he never personally addressed the QPR fans directly but if you didn't know that he had always made it clear that he wanted the Rangers job you weren't paying attention...

I’m reasonably certain in interviews with Ferdinand and Hoos it was said there was a disclosure in Beale’s contract to release him if GR came in. I remember reading that too. There definitely was. All this nonsense about him leaving is only a consequence of fans feeling embarrassed by the way they reacted to his 'loyalty speech' (those with the banner at Birmingham for example).

If Beale would consider coming back here I would more confident of staying up with chance of long term success than with Warnock, it would be a very entertaining ride regardless.😂

He isn’t going to bother with the academy or about developing players, it will all be about Saturday. In a way entirely understandable in our position. But it does mean lurching from one crisis to another and then if by some miracle he does keep us up it wd be v harsh to get rid so do we give him another year? Then what happens to our model of developing players - which if we don’t do we don’t survive?

I never rated his eye for a good striker. I feel Beale has better contacts if loaning players in.

There's no way the board would reappoint Beale after the way he treated them, and the shit he landed us in.

Since Beale got sacked at GR I’ve seen Dave Mac coating Beale off for similar, The Pied Piper over at LFW has unsurprisingly said the same. I certainly dont agree about the players Beale brought here and I would include Richards there too, I’ve said previously in my posts he was a decent punt at just £400k in todays market as a replacement for Chair or Willock when he came in. Since then he’s obviously bombed even under Beale here. I still insist Beale has a very good eye in players.

Thought he was exacrly the coach we needed when he came here and liked how he had us playing. As for eye for a player GR are lumbered with the same kind of crap we were and are he left.

Nothing else right now. We're cut adrift as it is and doesn't (until yesterday evening) look like it's getting any better so our survival is key. If Warmcock comes in and keeps us up which has given us the time to scout, assess and hire a brand new man for pre season I'd be very happy with that personally and I think it's the sensible choice. No one, club, fans, NW etc should be looking beyond this season and staying up only.

Your flag in the sand around Beale was planted a long time ago, you called him out as a bullshitter yet wanted to ignore Warburton and mostly at times Ainsworth glaring faults as managers. I’m not looking to change your views West Acton.

Staying up is crucial and I would not consider anyone else for this season other than Weil Warnock.

I was never fan of Beale from day one as there was a whiff of bullshit and your acting about him. I did however warm towards him when results picked up before I kind of reverted to original opinion when imo he confirmed my original views in the way he exited.

It’s all probably pie in the sky talking about Beale anyway, deep down I think many fans suspect Beale will be successful elsewhere.
