Clause's are all speculation imo and BS. He left we got compo sinples same as any other manager that goes another club He would have just walked but the clause allowed us to move on swiftly.

Speaks a great deal of sense there, Jordan (not just that selected quote in the tweet). I disagree.I think it's illogical to have expected him to turn down the Rangers job. Forget what you hear down the pub about a 'farmer's league' and all that bollocks, Rangers are one of the biggest clubs in the World and have reached 2 European finals in the last 15 years. That opportunity doesn't come around often and you take it when it does. As Ive said before, people should be more angry with Les and Hoos for putting a cluse in his contract saying he can always speak to Rangers and for making him.give that ridiculous 'loyalty' interview. People should also question their own reactions to a man taking a new job. Also, he will have been told about his role at Sunderland not being more than 'Head Coach' and that suits him. Big surprise 🤣

But I’m sure a deal would have been done so we benefitted. As said dont believe there was a clause for Rangers.

As said dont believe there was a clause for Rangers. He could have just walked by resignation and taking the Rangers job a month or 2 later. Yes we would have had an argument for compensation but he still wouldn't be our manager regardless. I got told that it definitely was a clause btw and the club definitely admitted they agreed they said he could always talk to them from the start.

It just seems a complete waste of time to waste your emotions on someone who rightfully saw QPR as a job.

Hope he gets the sack after a record short spell of 5 heavy losses in a row, the last being fa cup weekend 0-7 at home against Newcastle. Then he can try some of these clever phrases on the press: (Sorry for reposting this video but very funny imo) www.tiktok.com/@jamesycottar/video/7284950595297987872

Or someone who just feels this is among the 3 most embarrassing moments in the history of QPR fans.... Which is just a tad melodramatic...imo of course Is it? QPR has existed since 1886 (none of this 1882 bollocks please) so there will be moments which stand out as where our fans really stood out as something to be amazed at: saving the club in 1987, having a large part of the Holte end in 1968 and buying players when we were skint, for example. Likewise, there will be moments where the fans have embarrassed themselves. I'd love to know what moment you could get in ahead of 1) The reaction to Beale leaving. 2) The fake rivalry with Reading 3) The fake rivalry with Cardiff As I said elsewhere, the fact that all 3 occurred within the last 20 - 25 years is testament to how much our fanbase has and is changing for the worse.

I never give 2 and 3 a thought and 1 is just football culture. It will be fun to see him fail just as it was fun when Paul Ince wanted to be called the Guv’nor and Rangers drowned out the old Trafford faithful with a prolonged chorus of Paul Ince is a Wanker which even made the TV edit. Paul Ince also had a big house.

Paul Ince also had a big house. That was a fun day but the truth is that we drowned out the Old Trafford crowd because the team hadn't turned up and it was obvious who would win from the 5th minute. Would you rather have had an FA cup win to celebrate or the chance to laugh at calling Paul Ince a wanker? We should have won a trophy in the early to mid 90s and the best we got was beating Chelsea 1-0 and calling Ince a Wanker...

My point was simpler than that. Beale and, as an example, Ince may have big houses and megabucks but do you honestly think they don’t grit their teeth and think ‘bastards’ when they get called out by the peasants? Same as Terry and Fat Frank when we’ve slaughtered them. Terry, for all his millions, was apoplectic at Villa with us so close to the pitch. As I said, football culture. Childish, inappropriate - call it anything you like but it’s little victories along the way….and it’s fun.
