done deal if the athletic are reporting it. played in a back 3 at coventry too so can play in ours if we go ahead with a back 3. pretty much a like for like with barbet. good signing imo! |

Slightly worrying that a couple of back passes to the keeper and the odd long ball into the stands made it into the highlights reel, apart from that all good....
tbf he looks to have a bit of composure about him, a quality our back line hasn't always been noted for

Clearly the model now is talented young players released from bigger clubs but without much experience whereas last season we had quite a good mix. If it works it will look inspired, if things start to go wrong it will all look a bit too purist and naive.

One in Holland and last season at Coventry. 100%. He's a long way from a newbie. More experienced than Jimmy Dunne who we all agree is a definite starter these days I think. |
