bill, in all honesty as someone who likes you and tarbs and impartial to your spat i do think you've overreacted a bit here and are jumping on tarbs for no reason.
its a football forum at the end of the day. we have disagreements with people but its not the end of the world and shouldn't get under anyones skin

So I have three suggestions for you and Tarbs to take your pick:
1) Continue this chat with each other via PM instead?
2) Put each other on ignore?
3) The three of us can resolve this amicably over a pre-match pint on me, as I doubt these kind of words would have been exchanged face to face

i don't even know what tarbs has done personally bill. i've never thought of any of his posts as confrontational or controversial, if anything they've been articulate and have got his points across well.
i've had differing opinions to many of tarbs posts but i've also had a different view to many of yours and everyone else on this forum. but thats the point of a messageboard isn't it? we all sit here as armchair experts and think that what we say is gospel lol, but its all fun and a good place to discuss our views on a shared passion.
