I don't know what else anyone expects with this regime. They have chosen not to spend money. It really is that simple. A lot of people on here supported that approach, and you can't have it both ways. Like I said a while back, we dont actually have any strikers. We just don't have one. its rotherham, even with injuries we should be beating them fairly comfortably. |

We played some nice football at times. I agree. Just ZERO cutting edge however. As I said, we look totally lacking in confidence in front of goal. No natural leaders either. Beale really has his work cut out this season. I am really looking forward to Taylor Richards returning as been impressed by him. |

No goals coming from anywhere else in the side apart from willock. Paal looks like he’s struggling but will take time and I suspect he’s more of a wingback in a 5. Laird will be a very decent signing he’s been in the building less than a week. Mentally we look weak which needs to change. Our captain is a waste of a shirt for me and needs dropping. The striker situation is obviously an embarrassment but no one is coming in for dykes so we are stuck with him. Sinclair needs to calm down a bit and could do with a goal to settle him down. He’s trying too hard. Bonne strikes me as a bit of a cunt. Clearly wants out so just cut ties and fuck him off. Hopefully frees up some money for a replacement of sorts. It’s a poor start to the season BUT we need to remember that Beale is learning on the job and has been dealt a shit hand with injuries. All of them need to pull their socks up because currently it’s not good enough. I have faith it will come good. One day

We’ve put up with years of shit from Dykes. Kid needs at least a half to get into a game properly instead of being desperate to impress in 15 minutes. If Dykes is a striker we go in 2-1. |

You need to start him, or at least a full half. Needs a run of games too.

If Dykes is a striker we go in 2-1. armstrong did more in the 25 mins he played than dykes did for 65 imo. he made runs, lead the line and teed up chair to score only for chair to pull a dykes  . he is trying too hard for sure but thats to be expected with a young player looking to break into the team. what worries me more is how we're starting to become so reliant on willock to keep things good. |

Much better when Johansen and Dykes came off. Weakened again when Willock was subbed. Three easy points without those two utterly useless wankers no one but the manager would have picked.
I thought Laird had a good game. Even if his crossing occasionally let him down. Haven't had a right back since Angel. Think he'll do really well for us. No striker coming in, however, means we're fucked.
