Thought we'd throw that one away, but bloody well done.
BBC cut to the game late on and the commentator said Watford had just scored a worldie, but holds on, "...I think it's going to be ruled out!"
Phew.
Hopefully that will settle the players down, take a bit of pressure off Beale and see us picking up a few more results.

Great afternoon, deserved the little bit of luck. Dickie and Dunne need to stop fucking about against a high press, they can’t deal with it, not convinced by Dozzell and Paal but they worked hard. Well done Willock for not reacting to being wound up by tossers. Chair, great game but 4-2 and game is over.

Funny thing with the Watford commentator, he mentioned on several occasions that the ref was wearing a Luton top 🤣 Apparently he hates them more than he hates us.

Just seen short highlights on Sky. Think we got a little lucky with the late offside decision at 2-3. Not sure the only Watford player who was potentially in an offside position actually touched the ball before Paal heads it out, setting up the strike.  Still a suspicion of handball for their first goal, so maybe even-stevens... Dickie needs to get rid pronto for their second goal (though I suppose he'd argue he was fouled). Great three point though, so no complaints  |

Didn't touch the ball and didn't affect the game so that wasn't offside. We were a little bit lucky throughout the game.

Am all for playing out from the back but when you you are on the penalty spot facing your goal, your goalkeeper is on his arse and you have two massive and very good Watford strikers bearing down on you, surely even an Arsenal defender under Wenger would have put his laces through it at that point? Dickie was playing for a show reel there, not the team. Needs to be stamped out. But hey, Albert got us out of jail.

Meeting up with my old mate I'd not seen in years , a battling performance in What looked like a much fitter Watford team .
The boys ran their socks off , tackled , competed , and willock and chair had good games always looking to go forward
.well down to Beale and the team , great atmosphere in the away end and home by 7 ... Didn't we have a lovely day the day we went to Watford a beautiful day we had lunch on the way and all for under a pound u know.

Proper away day that, loved it. Sun out, beers flowing, away end in great voice & the boys on the pitch put a shift in. Far from perfect (defence wobbly at times) but overall a huge improvement & a really good win. COYRs, onwards & upwards.
