He wouldn’t say anything different. Chemical Ali comes to mind.
Honestly hope the squad can pick themselves up from this and keep going.

If he picks up a few points they'll probably give him the job. Cheap as chips, pocket the compensation money, luvverly.
That's how we roll.

If he’s getting results then why not chance arm until end of season if right man is not available. Few including me would have given O’Neill gig based on how he done at Bournemouth so why not Hall imo Hall arguably more experienced

And they were playing the likes of Surinam and Grenada etc. 4-2-3-1 merchant... I just can't see it. Whatever we think, he's a gamble. Much more so than some of the names that have been put up. You could go the other way and pop someone on a short term, options open contract until the end of term and earmark the compensation to do the deal. If they're really serious about getting up than surely they have to be thinking that way? Maybe they are, but they need to get it done. If he does end up flying the plane I wish him all the best, he'll need it.

To be fair, the games he lost they were against teams of a much better level such as Costa Rica, Canada and Mexico....

So looks like we will be entertaining Burnley with a manager who has been in place about a week.

If dieng not back he’s got some explaining to do as they been out a week or so so he’s had plenty time get back.

think they should not be playing until well after the world cup for me this game is at least 1 week too early.

Why? He’s basically been on holiday. Not his fault of course, but all he’s done is train isn’t it?

Exactly must be worn out watching everyone else play. And then coming back in a nice business class seat.

Absolute rubbish. Dieng has to play. He’s been at warm Weather training basically and will have recovered well before Sunday.
