I think you’re taking the posts too personally mate. They just have a different opinion to yours. Remember things always sound worse when written rather than face to face. Thanks James maybe I am but difficult to think otherwise at times with some people that won’t back up their remarks or actions. But even if people don’t back up opinions in an arguments / discussion, it’s still just a difference of opinion. It’s nothing personal. I don’t think any of the guys you are arguing with are having “pop” at you. It’s just a lively debate. Let’s not argue amongst ourselves, there’s hardly any of us this days that support qpr and given the last 10 years, our support base is only going one way!

To his credit he is slowly turning the ship round: 5 pts in 4 games vs 0 pts in the Eel/Hall's 4 previous games. 6 in 5 now (with just one league loss) as he continues to turn things round. It was always going to take time but we're at least moving in the right direction again. Fans need to show a bit of patience imo. Your glass is half full Stanley. Five games without a win! I cannot see any change in direction we are going.

Not like you to be so negative Doc! 😂
Honestly, it's bloody ridiculous. The bloke has been given an unhappy squad, no genuine transfer funds and 2 weeks of a transfer window to try and bring in a few of his own players. He's only managed 5 league games and we only lost one of the. But cue the daft comments like "I can't see it turning around with this guy in charge".
Couldn't write it. It's actually embarrassing!

Back the bloke and give him time unreal how he can be slated so quickly especially when you consider that Willock has not shown up once since the bloke took over. Or is that his fault as well?

credit where its due, we had a very good 2nd half but i agree wuth hits that reading invited the pressure. i hope NC can turn our form around bit by bit, its just extremely dissapointing to see us get so easily torn apart week by week. he needs to pick the players back up and tell them to get on with it and my concern has always been if he's the right personality for the job. i'm willing to give him another 15 minutes against swansea though but i draw the line after that. sparks chill, people are entitled to their opinions and don't need a dosier to back their opinions and observations up. there's posters whos opinions i tend to agree with more than others and the opposite is also true. but its still good to see opinions you disagree with as it can give you better all round insight and understanding on things. at the end of the day we all want QPR to win every game and the league, except for timmy of course lol.

I didn't mean to criticize him and haven't done so yet as it is too early to judge. But I can't see any change of direction yet. We are still doing poorly and going downwards in the table.

There is a worry for anyone coming in to manage us - recruitment. Tbh, can he change very much with our squad? We rely on players being on form more than what the manager is doing with them. This league has half a dozen ‘almost’ Prem sides and for the rest it’s a lottery of ups and downs.

We are still doing poorly and going downwards in the table. in the bar before game me and Wycombe discussed change in direction. I don’t think there has been any change from Warburton he thought there had been progress under Beale. Interesting but differing views. Could not really put him in his place as he was driving so had to ensure I got the lift home 😁

Cheeky twat😁 Yes, I thought there was general agreement that we were pissing about across the back less and getting ball forward quicker at first under the fat boy. He also only had a depleted squad for ages. I still think there is a fitness issue at the training ground that needs to be looked into.

Also can fans stop booing fucking substitutions. Second time I've seen this now. Its uncalled for and embarrassing tbh.
He took Willock off yesterday and yet again a chorus of boos from a lot of fans.
Willock was shit again! No wonder he got taken off.
People are frustrated I get that but everyone needs to get behind this manager. He's fighting fires all over the gaff.

Yes Think we moved it across back four marginally quicker but aside from that it’s as you were.

Suppose they could have been booing Willocks performance but that still don’t make it right.

Only criticism I would point this far is playing Tim deep as I don’t think it suits him as much as him having a more free role. Picking Dykes is also a black mark.

Would say two things in Willock’s defence yesterday. Had clearly been told to stay wide left and early season link ups with Chair aren’t happening cos Chair has become a greedy little fucker trying to do it all himself. Great little player, could be so much more.

Great little player, could be so much more. Spoke to someone in the week and said the same thing about Chair. Getting on my tits. Does the hard work then ruins it all being greedy or taking pointless shots. The answer I got was 'he's better off trying to score himself than pass to Dykes who definitely won't score' I had to agree if I'm honest.

I think the lack of genuine goal scorer is the biggest problem we have. Like you say, the likes of Chair, Willock etc. are more likely to have a punt themselves than cross it into a striker who gets on the end of close to zero.

We had lost 5 out of the previous 6 games with 0 wins. That's the situation NC entered. So results-wise it is improving under him. That's not glass half full, it's just facts. So it is a gradual change in direction, hence the need for patience as it was never going to be instant change. Especially as none of them are his players, until yesterday with his first new signing who just happened to make an instant positive impression!

until yesterday with his first new signing who just happened to make an instant positive impression! Question in peace: Was Lowe his signing? Who knows. I'm sure he would at least have been consulted over it and given his approval. But either way, NC still coached him, selected him and where to play him within the system yesterday. So again, credit where it's due for that.

It's actually hard to work who's responsible for any of our signings. I personally suspect the Manager is typically responsible for most of the transfer dealings. It's part of the reason I'm quite outspoken about what Les genuinely brings to the table. The club line on it is it's a group effort between the Manager, Scouts and the Board.

It's part of the reason I'm quite outspoken about what Les genuinely brings to the table. The club line on it is it's a group effort between the Manager, Scouts and the Board. the way the club presents it is like this for example: say we need a new LB, les will tell the scouts to find a new LB. they go out there and track LB's and find out what they're like as a person too etc. afterwards they bring that list to les who then contacts the agents/clubs who will tell les if the player is interested, how much he wants and how much the club wants. he'll then wittle down the list to players that fit our budget and then finally he will take that list along with the players analyst reports to our manager who will select which ones he thinks will be a good fit for the team. ....and then we bring in leon balogun anyway.
