Critchley is certainly an inspiring character on the touchline, absolutely clueless on picking todays team and the timing of his subs were dreadful. i must say, he does not impress me one bit. but, im holding fire on him till the summer. |

This will have been good lesson for manager he will have learned an awful lot about some of these players and their lack of desire. He shouldnt need a fucking lesson by this time in his career. His own decision making process needs looking at. as said watched better sides and managers then this flop in third round. Not bothered. I would not even enter cups if we never had too. Club is cursed in cups. |

The manager does not have a chance whoever he is with that shower of shit at his disposal. Sorry but the club need to start making people accountable for this kind of shit. 40 odd years watching us and I cannot see any point in this carrying on. |

See this is the thing Play great against Shef Utd Then crap again Zero continuity in the team every week Very weird how we only seem to raise our game against the better teams. Highly questionable squad selection today too. Too early to judge Critch as he's still getting to know his players but a truly woeful performance today irrespective of the result. |

im not concerned by us going out in the cup
as soon as the draw was made i knew we were out
i actually think Les needs to clear the squad out stop getting in these pointless loans like Richards and Roberts
the whole fanbase knew we needed a striker pre season how on earth did this not happen?
i would give Les this window and the summer window if the squad is still as bad as it is now and lobb sided i think its time to say goodbye to Les.
let Critchley bring in a couple of his players and sell Dykes Dieng and either one of Chair or Willock preferably Willock and let Critchley get some team spirit in the money we would receive from 3 of those would buy us a fighting chance of pushing the play offs unfortunatley at the moment with the mis shaped squad as is we will be looking at the trap door.
after this and the summer window we then decide on Critchley but lets face it what hes taken over is a real mis shaped squad
Beale probably tried to sort it out but was forced by lack of funds by Les not to be able to sort it
hence why Beale jumped ship
