Several times this season we've done that when it's backfired but we don't seem to learn. We sat back today and invited pressure instead of pushing 15 yards further up pitch and holding a higher line. Every one of those subs made us worse Dozzell and Adomah. Really couldn't see the sense in those two subs. Neither made any significant difference. Chair is another player I’d happily see the back of if good money came in. Agreed |

Easy to say but why haven’t we been playing B team home matches at Loftus Rd during this winter spell when non league pitches are likely to be unplayable.
Our first team schedule has been very kind to Critchley with I think every home game being every 7 to 14 days.
Not only would it have given much needed game time to the likes of Johansen and Salter but could have shown him other alternatives to the same old faces sitting on our subs bench.

Had enough chances to win that. If chair not such a greedy cunt we would create more chances. Yeah, it is a problem, accept that, but if he could do that he would probably be at a more successful club than us. A Sheffield United defender was asked who is the best player he was faced this season? His answer was Illias Chair. I do get the frustrations with him but we have much bigger problems than him. |

If chair got his head up, he'd be in the prem.
Since Warbs we have needed to be clinical. Dykes is the common striker since then.
I wasn't at the game so can't comment. I will still stick up for Critchley though.
Not sure if it's good or bad but his post match comments match what I see. Whereas Warburton and sometimes Beale, it was like we watched different games.
If we didn't concede late vs Utd and Swansea, we would be 6th. Fine margins and we can still turn it around but we need to sort our home form put or the season will drift.
Lowe was a good signing, 1 or 2 more (or just give Richards a run?! Very strange that he still isn't llaying)

Was waiting for the Swansea goal as you could see it coming a mile off. Thought we were excellent in the press which disappeared when Willock came on (blaming the dynamic not the player).
Have slaughtered Dykes in the past but with a decent striker alongside him, his game certainly goes up a notch.

The thought of Kakay or Adomah replacing Laird for a number of games is enough for me to suggest 3 CBs might be a better alternative at this point.
Early in the game Sinton was quick to point out that our defence failed to make first contact with all 3 set pieces during those first 15mins yesterday.
