So when we dig out the managers always remember the board are the problem and if they are supposingly putting in a million don't just lock up and lets start again as this right now is totally pointless I don’t disagree mate, I promise you my issue is the fact that if I was a player I really don’t think he would motivate me with the way he comes across. He looks as boring as fucking dishwater but that’s just me being critical because I’m fucking pissed off yet again. He’s probably a good fit for someone but there definitely needs to be a few heads banged together amongst this lot and he doesn’t come across as the type who would put players in their place. If that’s correct then we either stick with him and let him bring in his own players, or get someone in who’s capable of putting a rocket up the players arses but fuck knows who that is. |

That yesterday was as bad as I've seen in a while from us. I'm a bit concerned to be honest, way too many players are off the boil, injuries are stacking up and it seems we are struggling to land any of our transfer targets. Can't see the 2nd half of the season being much fun to watch.
