either ainsworth or christian ilzer from sturm graz.
ainsworth is a motivator and about the level we can attract now. he loves the club and would instill fight and belief back into the players.
ilzer is a bit more marquee but he does develop players, plays attacking football and is overachieving in austria. i think he's destined for a good career in football and will be snapped up by someone else sooner than later.

They wont do that, big big pay out, i don't think we have much of a choice as we are heading straight for league 1 with him in charge. probably not this season but absolutely next season (can't believe i'm pondering that with 15 games left and 10pts clear). we have players that we can sell. maybe not for as much as we'd like but more than enough to pay for his sacking and then reinvest into the team. |

If we did change I would love someone young like a Hill with Warnock as a mentor or number 2
If you said Warnock need you on a matchday and day before match on the training pitch I’m sure he would be all over that as would suit him perfectly. Two days a week without the pressure or hassle of being ultimately in charge.

Not my cup of tea but Wilder showed interest in Aberdeen Job and on verge of Huddersfield appointment so he would be an option.
If he’s prepared consider those two jobs surely were more attractive.
I do think he’s a one trick pony so would not be a personal preference.

For my money Bruno L is the outstanding candidate for us. He developed players at Benefica inc. getting the best out of a fading Adel, he played some great football at Wolves before they lost a few and they panicked, he's relatively young and would probably take a decent championship job.
Sadly that rules us out. I think the Beale saga flagged up big problems re our lack of ambition etc and serious contenders wont come near us.
