Sure I get that, not saying we are ever going to be world beaters but we are massively underperforming relative to ability. Fans can blame lack of investment etc but the players we have should be a lot higher up the table. The players aren't coming back under Critchley. Critchley is not giving the team a chance keep playing Dunne and Dickie in a 2.Everybody on this board realised this 2 seasons ago yet Critchley still hasn’t realised. Who plays cb then? Everyone is injured. This is where I am unsure if its Critchley fault as he inherited an unbalanced team or crocks |

But where are their own standards and pride. Non-existent with a few exceptions. But the question is what can we do now to arrest the decline? We know Critchley can't do it, so we need to start thinking "who can?" |

The morning after the night before and I have to say I really fear for this football club. While we were nicking results under the two previous managers we are now showing exactly what we are. A badly run football club with no direction or ambition off the field and a extremely poorly assembled squad on it. Recruitment team - Who do they answer to? D.O.F - Who does he answer to? The players and their annual capitulation - Who do they answer to? Rudderless all over with a CEO and D.O F drawing over a million a year serving up this rubbish.

I’ll say it again if Critchley had watched any vids on Dunne and Dickie as a pair we would have been better defensively.Hes had 12 games to figure out what Mowbray said 2 seasons ago (as Blackburn manager) Dickie wears concrete boots. Warburton had injury issues at CB and played MF and FB players there, it’s very convenient to say now we have no one knowing Salter is out long term and Balogun has lost the will to play football any more. If there are no CBs in our B or youth teams then what’s the point of having them? |

Thinking again I can’t believe how we ended up so bad. First half we were doing ok, creating nothing but Dozzell was getting the ball and himself(!) forward for a change, even Chair passed it a couple of times. Game changed when Dieng dropped it and Mowbray got them in for a chat. I’d substitute lucky for great when talking about a penalty hitting your feet as you dive full length but the second goal was farcical defending. Out thought, out fought, and hard to see where next point is coming from.
