i stayed for the entire game last night mostly because i just couldn't be bothered to leave and wanted to see how the crowd would react. loads of people left right after sunderlands 2nd though, i'd say only 2-3k QPR fans were actually still in their seats when sunderland scored their third.
its just numbing at this point. i didn't care when sunderland scored their second as i'd lost all appetite for the match. why would i bother giving those bunch of shirt stealers any of my passion?
NC needs to go. simple as. our players need to man the fuck up and get on with it but part of the responsibility for their stooped shoulders is down to "mr urmmmm". lowe looked quality when we first signed him but now look at him, he's like an agency worker. no motivation, no desire, no care. this club from top to bottom has created a viscious cycle of toxicity and depression.
get someone like nathan jones or ainsworth in. someone with a bit of fire in their belly and who can not only slap the players across the face when they need it but also make them feel like a world beater.
no chance will it be jones though as he's too outspoken and rough for our board. he's expose them for the self righteous fart sniffers that they actually are.
i get the feeling that the club view les as untouchable and like he's an integral part of the club ethos. no, he is not. i'm sure he's great to send on meetings with business partners, he's one of those romantic jumped up council boys who've made it big kind of dudes that big wigs love to see as "one of us". there has been no progress in any department under les since he's come in, the one good thing (in my opinion) that he's had going for him is that he used his friendship with CR to get him in. thats why i can't see the club doing anything until its too late. if we carry on the way we are now i guarantee that les will finally go in 2 and a half years time when we've just finished midtable in league 1.

100%. Les should resign, Critchley get some payoff but not 3 years!, Hoos should resign. Problem is how much Critchley gets paid off is not a question of what we think would be fair (a tenner) it’s what’s written in his contract True but I’m hoping he can agree that he’s been beyond useless. 1.5 years pay seems fair

I would terminate Ramsey and Halls contract and threaten Critchley he’s new youth team coach or leave and promote Furlong as interim manager until end of season.
At the very least Furlong can string a sentence together to get the players on board.

Ramsey, Hall, Les, Critchley and his staff all need to go. Hoos too. Radical clear out is the only way forward.

We all know that’s what should happen Hubble but realistically can you see our owners doing that? I would also question wether it’s too much upheaval at this crucial point now for the owners to jettison both Hoos and Ferdinand as Gangoolie is clearly not hands on?

Time to go.
Appreciate he has inherited a squad that has quite frankly given up and I'm not sure anyone can come in and turn this set of players into a top half team but we are not going to win a game at all if we don't know what we are doing.
Agree with everyone else though that Ferdinand and the Board have to be accountable. Holding us back IMO

No, I can't, but we both know that QPR is rotten at the core and the only way to treat it is to cut the rot out. Amit needs to step up to the plate and take control. Les can go immediately, that would be a start. The rest can go at the end of the season.

that result yesterday is beyond excuses Sunderland coming from the furthest away as they can to get a result like that was unthinkable.
i fear for us if we keep hold of Critchley til end of season we wont pick up a win again panic stations for the board now i believe i think they must act and i hope they go the root of Nathan Jones
I thought with Millwall and Sunderland at home in the fixture list it was a minimum 4 points we could have got from 2 very winnable games despite the league positions of both were still the better team on paper this confidence boost is needed to stop us being dragged into a relegation battle
i did actually think that if we did go down our hands would have been forced to sell our better players so would be a blessing in disguise
i was all for giving Critchley the reigns for foresseable but this lack of form has got far too serious

oh my god he is so painful to watch! he actually has no fucking idea! what a bellend, i can't believe this troglodyte actually ended up becoming our manager. seriously, what is going on?!
Who chose him? They're the ones who need to go, along with Crutchley.
plenty of fans were suggesting him in fairness when beale got job plus when beale left. I don’t think he’s shit, I can see decent manager in him, but sometimes some people fit some clubs and not others. Perhaps QPR just not the right fit and he will go in and do well elsewhere.

Perhaps QPR just not the right fit and he will go in and do well elsewhere. i was one of those suggesting him after warbs left as he'd done an excellent job at blackpool and they were one of the best teams we played away last season imo. i soured on him a bit after he became gerrards assistant though as that was a very odd move and wasn't really excited about him coming here afterwards. even his first interview as manager seemed a bit questionable imo. no confidence and a lot of urmmmms etc lol. makes you wonder how he was picked out as the best candidate to take us forward. i think in hindsight his blackpool side was just the perfect recipe for success. they'd finally got rid of the oystons so morale was through the roof across the entire club and all they needed was a half decent coach to take them forward.

I liked his Blackpool side and wanted him last summer. It has not worked out for him with us and as bad as he has been he has not been helped by the players or the board.

I haven't got a clue what we should do.
Should we give him the time to rebuild in the summer and hope we have enough to stay up this season?
Would any other manager do any better with a squad with so many key players injured or ill, and with Beale's loanees sulking and simply not performing?
Critchley did really well at Blackpool, with 'lesser' players and a lower budget.
Don't think Critchley's 'on-camera' persona should be held against him - some people are just really nervous/crap in front of a microphone.

Football clubs fans have expectations. Now expectations at Chelsea are going to be higher than say Brentford. Expectations at Qpr are going to be higher than at Blackpool. So they will put up with more than us, and that’s not being snobby to Blackpool

The 2 fuckers Hoos and Ferdinand must go with him otherwise it is pointless sacking him. Warnock would have been perfect till May but he will now save Huddersfield

What has happened now he has to go
For the future of the football club
I also dont want a revolving manager door
