Just throwing it out there but Critchley did have games mainly against the better sides in the league. He got a win and a few draws. Did we get rid of him too soon? I personally think he’s a decent coach.

thats a great question. kakay was on the left, dicke and dunne in the middle but most often than not drewe was more tucked into the middle than dickie at times it looked like we had no right back position at all. i could not for the life of me work out our defensive formation. as a side note, why the hell was richards put out on the wing? he is an attacking cm, not a fucking winger. also see paul hall is still on the first team bench. some things never change And was out again for a kick about before the game like a kid. Shooting in the goal on his own. he was doing the very same at home to sunderland. the lincoln coaches and the keeper coach was on the pitch, warming up the players and partaking in the usual drills, then there was paul hall, on his own doing keepy uppies and pretend dribbling on his damn own. apart from giving the 4th official the subs names, what is his fucking purpose other than being mates with the dof and ramsey. |

The only thing I would say is that I do feel he is partly to blame for our shocking youth team set up. The prime example being, we have Dykes unavailable and we don’t have anyone to step up. I feel our whole coaching set up is full of bang average people. We need a new DOF and that person needs to perform a big clear out. |

As said if you think the youth team coach helping out first team is the issue your actually part of the problem. Gardener the goalkeeping coach has massive say on side lines from Warburton all way through to ainsworth where is the energy to attack him? |

Ainsworth having the same problem Critchley had; awful cb pairing and lots of injuries.
I said a few times that I'm not sure if it's down to Critchley or lack of players. New manager, same thing.
Even Beale wasn't getting results when 1 or 2 were out.
No strength in depth at all.
