From the 85th minute until final whistle yea. Piss poor all afternoon. Couldn't pass. Couldn't get on the end of a cross Couldn't get their GK to make a single save Couldn't do a fucking thing until Armstrong came on and upset them a little bit. It was painful to watch. Some of the passes from Amos were shocking, lost count of the number of times he gave away possession when there was no need. Then you have the overhit fee kicks, underhit corners and ball after ball straight into the hands of their keeper. Free headers all day for their cb’s when Dykes or Martin should have at least been backing into them. I don’t think our cb’s had an easy header all game. Basics really which GA really needs to on top of. Exactly how I saw it. Abysmal.

Zero positivity. Even Ainsworth looks shell-shocked.We are in freefall, with teams around us picking up points - it ain’t looking good. Pinning all my hopes now on Willock and Chair being fit when we get back after the international break and us getting a couple wins. But opposition gets tougher after Preston, so have we left it too late? If we manage to get relegated having been top of the league, I’ll be following my local team, Lewes, in the Dripping Pan. He genuinely does. Because he's known in the game to be a great fella and a very good motivator he no doubt backed himself to get a tune out of this mob. I think reality is setting in that they're fucking piss poor. Couple that with our injuries and he's on a hiding to nothing the poor sod.

I'm definitely reserving judgement on GA until we have a semblance of our best players back. I believe Critchley would probably still be in a job here if the squad hadn't been so ravaged by the loss to so many key players. Upon their return is the time to truly judge Gareth and not before. April's seven games will be decisive in that regard.

But, St least he liked the ball on the deck and was more of a continuation of our 'philosophy '. Whereas Ainsworth is about getting it down the pitch as quick as possible. Having said that, we have him now and I also won't judge before we get some half decent players back.

I highly doubt any of those coming back will be fit enough to give 100 %. That`s the problem for Ainsworth and us supporters. I`m afraid Injuries and dodgy signings/recruitment have ruined the season Ainsworth will have start afresh with a new squad in Div 1. Not even Warnock could have saved us...
I also fear that his hands are tied with regards to who he can pick without interference from others.
