Daniel Ayala has been at Boro for a good number of years but is always injured.
Looked at his appearances for the past 3 seasons.
He’s played 21 then 23 and 25 games last season.
Is Noddy really looking to bring in another Glass Salter clone.
It’s not more players he needs it’s a case of the current players not buying into his prehistoric methods, and who can blame them.

Daniel Ayala would be a good signing in my opinion. Very capable centre half at this level. He is but if he misses half a season injured then we should stay clear and use that wage on someone else |

Ayala is an awful player,makes Rob Dickie look Rapid. Surely there are other options out there within our meagre budget. Would certainly be a 'WoW' signing if it happened,like wtf how shite wow!!

Not too fussed by who we sign as we will get the same style of football whoever we sign. The manager needs to go as he clearly nowhere near good enough to keep us in this division.

Feels like we’ve gone bit panic since Saturday. Got the list of free transfers out and ticking them off. Cook however probably type of player we need so would not be too down on that one. I wonder if we are pretty confident of a windfall from an Eze transfer, and as such, more prepared to take a risk on some higher salaries than we were a few weeks back. Or maybe we've just been holding firm on wages for a few targets and they're starting to move now the window is coming to a close. |
