I’ll be honest I wish there was another 2-3 months before the season starts as I just can’t be arsed with it tbh.
We are gonna be cannon fodder and it’s gonna be grim to watch.
The excitement for the start of the season that I always have regardless how bad we are just isn’t there.

i just don't think we'll be signing the guys we're being linked too tbh. its mostly all paper talk. take that sean clare guy for example, we were heavily linked to him for a few weeks and now he's ended up at wigan instead.
think about it, we're a thin squad championship club that could have offered him game time+the opportunity of staying down south but instead he's chosen a cash strapped league 1 side with a pts deduction. why? because we were never in for him.
the players we have signed have been decent additions. paul smyth was one of orients best players and begovic (assuming it goes ahead) is a prem winner and experienced keeper. larkeche has potential and is an upgrade on niko.
lewis wing has championship experience and has rebuilt his career back at wycombe so is a smart addition.
we're being linked to these league 1 dross players because its easy for the media to link us and for agents to make their players seem more desirable.
i do think we probably will sign a few league 1 players but most of them will be signed for their characters and as squad players. they won't be first teamers thats for sure and come september i think we'll have a decent looking outfit, maybe even one or 2 quality additions to the first team.
