I’m sorry, it’s so hard not to be disheartened after seeing that team.
The board and owners need to take a good hard look at themselves. They can’t be stupid enough to think that first 11 is good enough to compete at this level.
We are walking into league 1 almost blind sighted. The sad thing is I think most of us didn’t expect big transfer fees to be splashed about, but not even competing for free transfers of players with some credibility I had been shocking.
I feel sorry for players like Kakay, gubbins, kelman and Dozzel…. All squad players at best and now being thrown into the lions den.
The clubs is completely incompetent at present!

That team is a bad joke. You have Willock all over the website yesterday about being ready for the season and the joker doesn’t even pick him and chooses Smyth/Dozzell instead.

Trying to take a bit of hope from the Watford team… don’t know many of the players and apparently assembled this summer so maybe just maybe we have some type of cohesive work rate that makes us competitive.
I’m angry at the owners more then GA right now, they haven’t supported him or giving him any type of platform to even compete.
Team like Rotherham and Plymouth have had more support.
