It's a lottery with Ainsworth's tactics; he might get them right, more from luck than judgement, but more likely he won't. If he sets us up like he did on Tuesday night we'll get mullered. The one positive is Dykes is back and hopefully will start. We need to keep it very tight and it won't be pretty as we'll be out of possession for much of the game, but if they can feed Dykes on the break, we've got a chance. No idea of the result, gut says we'll lose by one goal.

I hope we play the same team as Tuesday with a hopefully fit JCS instead of Fox and either SDM or Dixon-Bonner instead of Willock...
A body in midfield next to Field would have Dozzell playing further forward where he's been so much better...

field dozzell
chair
dykes armstrong
wingbacks pushing up into midfield when needed along with chair and dykes dropping deeper to help in defence. kakay also pushing up into that hybrid CB/DM sort of role he's been doing.
have sinclair not be used as a holdup guy. he had his best game for us at cardiff when he was playing alongside dykes when dykes was acting more as a midfielder at times.
just because sinclair is a unit doesn't mean he should be used to hold up the ball, he's a pacey battering ram of a forward who needs things to run onto and CBs to push past.
