Ask the question after the match against Leeds on Wednesday - live on Sky I believe. It's just like R's to come away with a result and the ire will subside.A right old tanking could see Gareth sacked.
For the record I'm in the OUT camp.

This was never going to work in a million years
However I did want it to work
Knew he was out of his depth from day one
We need a proper manager with track record
Use the Dof wages to hire a great manager

Genuine question do you think the board are even doing due diligence on potential other options or sitting with hands over eyes. There is an easy and ready option with Warnock who keeps us up whilst we perhaps do a thorough search. Also the Welsh rat is there I’m not a huge fan nor do I think his record aside from Luton makes him as popular as a choice as some fans suggest. That appointment goes two ways he’s either fantastic or a car crash there is no inbetween not sure we can take a chance like that. Even seen some online saying het Beale back 🤢🤢 Fed up 🤷🏽♂️ He will not be sacked for 5 more games The board have now back up plan Will take a month to employ someone The whole running of the club needs To be taken away from the owners All decisions by someone who knows football They are a disaster in football decisions And have been for 12 years

Next two games are big for GA he's got to get a win from one of the next two games before the international break (similar to Middlesbrough away before the last)....
My bet is a couple of draws, can honestly see us getting a point at Leeds but he needs that win at HOME next weekend to get him some breathing space... I think it will be extremely uncomfortable for him if we don't
Near the dugouts I watched with interest that Armstrong was on the sidelines ready to come on when Coventry took that freekick they scored from.... by the time we kicked off he had the shirt off and was back on the bench!
We needed a reaction to that and GA did nothing till the second goal and the mandatory too late substitution/s he seems to make....
I voted stay but he's only a few defeats now from the sack.... hope he and Dobbo get the rub of the green and turn it around...
Remember some great managers have been a game or two from the sack...

Voted 'stay', but results must improve.
I think that we're like an old banger trying to start on a cold, wet morning.
Turning, spluttering and misfiring. But I think we'll start up, and start firing on all four cylinders and make some progress.
Hopefully we won't break down again before the end of the season.

Time to terminate Richards contract either mutually or otherwise even if it goes to court. Dont get replacement Dof. Sack Ainsworth negotiate payoff get Warnock in. Buy some time to search for a competent manager. Maybe Warnock stays as dof as good at identifying players. Sell someone hopefully in Jan,unless Eze moves from Palace.
Ffp without knowledge of figures possibly becomes nothing to worry about.

I'm voting stay. We were crap before he came and we'll still be crap when the next manager comes in. We need some time and continuity to build back.

The problem is that I think the board have spunked all their FFP allowance, so sacking Ainsworth and hiring someone else would probably/possibly put us in breach of the rules, leading to a points deduction. If that's the case, then we're lumbered with him. But then we're likely to go down anyway, so maybe it's worth breaching FFP to get the right manager, even if it means points deductions. What a fucking mess, all down to a long series of poor management decisions. Can't we just stick on gardening leave and pay him monthly as normal? Isn't that what Bayern do? Saves the lump pay off. I've gone with go. Couldn't word it better that what westy did above.

Gaz has had 11 games at hq. We’ve won 1. We score half of what we concede. The squad is limited but he has absolutely no tactical awareness. It’s why he’s never been given a chance anywhere else. Nice bloke but not up to this level. Absolutely criminal giving him 3.5 years.

I think it's fair to say we'll never see a manager at QPR who cares so much & wants it to work so much than Gareth Ainsworth. But.... It's a results business and results are abysmal. The home form is clearly what's killing him.

It`s time for GA to go, because he obviously is not tactically very good. I was hoping that Dobson would be more influential on that front but obviously not.

So, the majority want him out, but then what? Having spunked all available cash on first Critchley (3.5 year deal) and now Ainsworth (3.5 year deal), there's surely nothing left for a new manager. But maybe that was the plan all along, sign a League One manager, so that we're ready for League One.
For this reason I can't see any alternative but to stick with the clown. I honestly used to like the bloke, but his relentless drivel has gotten to me. What a farce. I feel like we've gone back in time to the bad old days late 90s/early 2000s, and I really don't think I've got the energy for this crap another time. I might just chose a team I can go and see relatively cheaply and have some fun watching football again. I mean it's not like any of us signed a contract, is it: you must support QPR forever or else. Sure, RTID and all that. Well, yeah, that's how I felt twenty-thirty years ago, but not any more!!!

But that's the point; we're on a road to nowhere, no matter who comes in. And who are we going to get, for nothing? No one. If they pay off Ains, that'll be another truckload of cash bunged on Bungles bonfire, and then what? How about we pick the team each week by popular vote? Yeah, exactly, Phucked.

Just to re-iterate a point made elsewhere re the cost of ditching Thing.
The club is one of the biggest spenders in the division off the park - we're over staffed to the max. By stripping everything down to a sensible budget, you could defray the cost of ditching him. Im pretty certain they could find a decent candidate on a rolling contract with PRP built in.
Also we don't know the T&Cs of Thing's ontract, but the board must have insured themselves after Beale and Critch.....
In other words, I think replacing him is do-able. But they can't afford to hang around on this, we're already flirting with the trap door.
