He looks fucked. It’s a bit sad to see tbh. As I’ve said on here many times, we won’t find a manager ever who cares as much as him, but he just has not got the minerals or credentials to do this job. A sad ending incoming no doubt. This. He looks so worn out and stressed. Feel for him. Shame it isn't working. And clearly won't work. Indeed. Unshaven now and not even bothering to dye his roots. He won't resign for financial reasons, which I can understand; and the board won't sack him (for reasons discussed on the other thread). But it all comes at a huge cost to the fanbase and the overall health and integrity of the club. |

My team of choice, if match fit would be Begovic Cannon Cook SC Paal Field Colback Chair Smyth Willock Dykes Pace with Smyth, Chair and Willock work together well and Field and Colback can protect. I appreciate that Smyth isn't great, Dykes isn't great and Willock doesn't actually want to play football these days. That would be pretty good if we could have Fox instead of Salter. |

Just watched the video I’m afraid that did not sound like a man ready to walk to me more like he’s doubling down. He does look beaten down the energy has gone out his persona.
Warburton used to get stick for saying the same thing but Ainsworth is on a different planet literally could take any interview from when he’s been here and play it pre match nothing changes.

I think muscles out wide tonight would cause Chaos. Nice wide pitch give it to him with space behind and he could do some damsge. Matt Phillips is WBA wingback he won’t want to chase Armstrong in opposite direction. |

They are both midfielders I think. Alex Aoraha should have been incorporated into the first team last season, could have saved the money wasted on Colback and used it on a striker. Both DK and myself picked Aoraha as the standout player from the U21s a year ago. I can see the pipe and slipper brigade on LFW have suddenly woken up to his obvious talent. |
