Where do you think we can improve on the pitch.
Move the ball quicker. Shoot from distance more often. First time crosses. Stop pissing about at the back.
The above are mine, what you think?

Move the ball quicker absolutely. Mix up play outs and long. Work on pace.
But my main worry is that as of now is that there is no one fit to wear the ten, ie two footed, can spot the pass and go round his man.

Seriously i think Chair could play that role as most things go through him. He can go past people again and again (have to cut that out)can spot a pass and can shoot and has energy. Would just need to release the ball quicker. ??

The usual oft-repeated weaknesses, and the reasons why he's still with us: Too one-footed, therefore too predictable, therefore too easy to defend against. Doesn't look up enough, therefore doesn't release it early enough when needed. On the plus side, he's the closest thing to a playmaker we have, has a good engine and a good shot on him - therefore a vital player to the team. But as Hal says, he's not a number 10.

Hal are you sponsored by the number 10 😊 im a bit obsessed - as you can tell - by the fact that we aint got and that they tend to be serious wedge but yeah love watching a decent 10 (round ball and egg chase) playmakers shirt we've had a few of em over the years down the bush if upstairs serious about a 'QPR style' they need someone half decent in the shirt

Stop playing out from the back
Get someone who can take corners and free kicks
This was a major let down of our team
Take Chair off the set pieces immediatly
Drop the dead donkey
All the above asap

Composure in and around the goal. Not just with shooting but better decision making in the build up.

Composure in and around the goal. Not just with shooting but better decision making in the build up. This for me too. We do create a lot of chances but are totally toothless in that final 3rd. Plymouth game prime example, a team with any ability to put the ball in the net scored 5 that day. For all our piss weakness at the back (and my god we are atm), if we could be more clinical in the final 3rd we would be in a far better place IMO.

Get the criticisms of Chair, but if not him, who does play 10? Dembele - fans were crying out for him in that role but apart from some nice touches can be anonymous Andersen - maybe has to be him, but slow and doesn't always have the best composure when shooting Saito - looks a pure winger? Kohli - impossible while contract dispute rumbles on Madsen - regular posters will know my views there Lloyd - maybe worth a shot?

Lloyd never a number 10 from what I've seen. Generally agre with stainrod comments on the other options. Chair def our best option in that 10 role, without question.

We haven't got the staff when it comes to a proper 10. But right now, that pales into insignificance.
Pre season Stains and myself both pointed out how short we looked in certain areas, how bereft of creativity we were, how slow our ball was, and how vulnerable we were to a press.
Everyone was like, ffs its pre season, new players etc etc. But the problems we identified have not been solved.
I have one thing to say to Marti.
EVERYONE KNOWS WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO DO.
Less points on the board than Ainsworth, by common consent our worst manager of recent times.

Hal is right, but Dembele's the closest thing to a 10 so I'd play him there with Chair on the left and Andersen on the right.

For me a few basic ones. Take Anderson off of corners. Put Demebele back on them where he got 2 assists in his first 3 games taking them. Why change?! Stop this playing out from the back bollox. We constantly put ourselves under pressure. Demand Saito and Smyth just get the ball in the box. Nothing more or less, just bloody deliver it in and let big Michey get to work. Make subs quicker when players are having an off day. I get what MC is doing but send a harsh message, you don't turn up you're off.
