Is Chris Woods one of their coaches? I think i saw a glimpse of him now. Edit: No, I was wrong...It was Henrik Pedersen.

Birmingham are so shit After what eustace did for them, I’m still shocked that he has not got a club. I’d love to have him back here and kick out mr keepy uppy A madness they sacked him whilst in play off spots (and that’s not any benefit of hindsight, anybody with half a brain said at the time it was madness they gave him the bullet for Rooney). Half funny though the team with Laird, Sanderson, Roberts & Dozzell are bang in the dog fight with us.

Annoying Blackburn have Eustace.
And Sheffield Wed seem to have got themselves a beast of a striker.
On a positive Brum have become the new QPR - couldn’t score on Love Island

And more Blackburn news following on from: Blackburns loan deal for ‘£8m’ striker from MLS could be off, as papers were not submitted before the 11pm deadline. Their appeal to allow it is on Thursday. Their appeal was rejected. Can only be good news for us. Just heard some more about this ‘transfer’ on 5 Live. Seems the MLS striker, McGuire, was on a flight from USA to UK, when the transfer was called off. Then Blackburn announced it was back on and confirmed all the paperwork had been signed. Then of course, they admitted it was all submitted late. Makes the Peter Odemwingie deal seem professionally handled!

Worth mentioning how must Huddersfield be feeling. Ahead twice at Southampton score three away from home and still lose. Can’t help they will have seen themselves ahead when we were behind.
Today has to deflate them.

We are on a good run and added four players who improve us so we have to believe in the manager and the playees need to leave everything out on the pitch in every game we play. We are capable of finishing 5 or 6 points clear of the bottom three as long as these players give everything and do their jobs.

Good news! Before I went out for the obligatory snow shovelling (Irc) Milwall were in the lead and actually dominated the match.

The bottom 10 teams are ALL in the mix imo Think Plymouth, Swansea and Blackburn, two with a game in hand, will keep clear. I also think Birmingham will get their act together. My money is on Rotherham plus two from Wednesday, us, Huddersfield, Stoke and Millwall. In the words of Kevin Keegan, I would just love it if it was Millwall and Stoke.

I thought John Dahl Thomason did a very good job at Blackburn despite having to lose or sell some very good players, I liked the firm stance he took recently with Blackburn’s shitty owners.

Agree with that list except probably Huddersfield who look to have enough to stay up IMHO. Only other one who could possibly come into the mix is prob Swansea.

I was hoping Huddersfield would be utterly depressed having lost at Southampton having been 2 goals up and just crumble for the rest of the season And Swansea beat play-off chasing Hull away last weekend, so feel they must be doing something right. But really, who knows who is going to suddenly pick up or collapse - as they used to say at the beginning of Thunderbirds, "Anything can happen in the next half hour..." (except we have 11 and a half weeks).

(except we have 11 and a half weeks). You might be right, those kind of results can go one of two ways. A good manager would say "look what you almost managed to pull off against one of the very best sides in the league. Play like that against most teams in this division and you will win most weeks." Ironically one of our more encouraging performances this season was the 1-0 home loss to Watford - we actually started to play the Marti way and arguably set up the nice mini-run since. Obvs I hope I'm wrong with Huddersfield and that the Saints have knocked the stuffing out of them!

There's often one that goes into free fall.

Goal difference could be crucial too. Currently only 3 teams in the bottom 8 have a better GD than us.
