How can Rooney walk in. Take someone’s shirt number and captains armband 😂😂 Derby are a joke club To be fair, how can you not have Rooney as your captain? One of the most well known football players in modern football, captained Man Utd, England etc. Who was their captain, Keogh? Skys coverage of it is embarrassing though, but it's exactly what Derby wanted. Publicity and marketing which is where they (apparently) will get their money back. |

If Rooney is fit and there as a player then it is a no brainer as he is in a different class to any of them there. Also if he grafts and sets the tone then wverybody wins and I am sure Davis would have been involved in the process. For me no issue or problem with it. Great player who would have won England the Euros but for getting injured v Portugal with England 1 up.

I hkpe Ravel has a good 2nd half of the season. Rolls Royce of a player just a shame he could not stay out of trouble as ability wise should be an England international.

Ravel has only had a genuine run of games once since playing for us under Harry, and that was in the Mexican league. He'll under achieve at Boro too most likely. Proper shame. As you say, he's a quality player. I remember when he signed for West Ham people were touting him as an England player. |

He was the superstar of the Man Utd youth team with Pogba and Lingard. Best young player Ferguson ever saw at United. Woodgate and Keane could be a good fit for him |
